Convenient location near the bus/train station, surrounded by lush greenery and nature. I loved waking up to the soothing sounds of animals. Just a quick 10-minute drive and you're at the beautiful lake nearby! 🌳

exceptionally clean place with lovely views and marvellous and stunning location on the hill overlooking kandy town with amazing views. amiable staff always on hand. location right by the hillside above the centre of kandy, the main attractions in kandy and sri lanca. incredible and great meals. nice stay for a night.

The breakfast was wonderful, featured a good choice of meals. Kind staff, answered all questions. the hotel was set in a central area very close to nature and nice animal sounds. Visited a hilltop park, located not too far away from the venue.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful house surrounded by jungle. the family at Resort Beam were amazing, providing us with the best Sri Lankan breakfast and a delicious evening meal. the spacious room had a comfortable bed, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the garden. It was such a relaxing experience, with monkeys jumping around in the trees. We highly recommend staying at this fantastic place. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 🌟.
